Service user feedback on IASS - a good news story!

The Phase 2 report is here. Thanks are due to the 20 services that contributed data over the two phases and has enabled the collation of   feedback from over 900 service users over a 6 month period. Once again the results show how highly service users rate their IASS, with more than 95% saying that they would positively recommend their service to others. It is also notable that more than 95% of service users report that they feel their IASS is neutral, fair and unbiased. More information is included in the report, which has already been shared with the DfE. We recommend that every IASS reads it!
