Help your child sleep better

Our friends at Cerebra and Contact A Family are pleased to announce a forthcoming workshop on Sleep for parents and carers.

Contact a Family recognises how important sleep is for families of disabled children and their guide Helping your child sleep looks at why disabled children have sleep problems as well as practical ideas on how to help your child sleep better.

The workshop will be at New Fosseway School in Hartcliffe, Bristol on 30th April 2015.

UPDATE:- we have been told that the Hartcliffe event is now full but that one is running in Horfield in May. Places are limited so don't delay and contact Sarah King (South West Parent Advisor at Contact a Family) to book your place. Tel 0117 971 1334 or click here
