The Council for Disabled Children - SEND information materials

The Council for Disabled Children (CDC) and educationgovuk have created a set of information materials for disabled children and young people, and those with special educational needs to explain how their support may change from September 2014.

They have worked with disabled children and young people from across England to find out what they wanted to know and how they wanted to have the information given to them.

Click here to take a look at the leaflets, posters and videos CDC has created and share them with colleagues, parents and any disabled children and young people that you know.
