The Council for Disabled Children (CDC) useful schools SEN funding changes guide for parents 

The CDC have produced a useful briefing for parents that explains the changes to the way schools are funded for their children with SEN.

We will be talking about any concerns you have as parents as  our  children "transition" or move on to a new education environment, primary,  secondary, just starting school. For some children this is a difficult time - even a  new teacher or new classroom can be a challenge!

MyWay - Activity Taster Session for young people aged 14-25 who have challenges to learning or a disability
