North Somerset Support Group meeting Tuesday 15th November 7 – 9 pm at The Firs, Drove Road, Weston-Super-Mare, BS23 3NX

Don't forget it's North Somerset's Support Group meeting tonight.

Karen McVean, engagement officer at Healthwatch North Somerset (HWNS) will be visiting support group to enable parents/carers to contribute to the future development of Health and Social Care Services in North Somerset. Karen will be listening to families experiences and opinions about current Health and Social Care Services that families of children with Special Educational Needs and Disability receive. Karen will ensure the people who create and deliver the Services, i.e. Commissioners, and Health & Social care managers are informed about what families have said.



South Gloucestershire Support Group, Tuesday 15th November, at Kingswood Children's Centre, 7.30-9.00pm.

Reminder that the next South Gloucestershire parent support group will take place on Tuesday 15th November, at Kingswood Children's Centre, 7.30-9.00pm. We will be welcoming Claire Wilson from South Gloucestershire and Stroud College. She will be coming to tell us more about the opening of the Pegasus Free School for autistic children which will open next year. As usual our team will be on hand to listen to any education concerns you may have. We hope you can make it!

Anti-Bullying Week: 14th - 18th November 2016

The theme this year is 'Power for Good' and the Anti-Bullying Alliance are encouraging children, parents and teachers to think about how they can use their Power for Good to stop bullying in schools.
