Bristol Services

See our Bristol list of useful contacts for families of children with disabilities and special educational needs.

We try to keep this information list up to date, but unfortunately contact details change rapidly in the Voluntary sector. If you find updating of any of the entries in our list is required, we would welcome feedback!

We also hold information on other regional organisations who may offer support to parents, phone for details.

Take a look at our leaflet to find out more about our service.

Currently there is no support group for Bristol, however you are always very welcome to make a face-to-face appointment with us.

The Local Offer

Every local authority must publish a Local Offer. The Local Offer tells you what support the local authority expects to be available for children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities. It must include information about education, health and care provision. It should also tell you about training, employment and independent living for young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

Your Local Offer is available here. Bristol has its own 'Findability' website which provides information about the local offer.
