Support Us

The SENDIAS service we provide is a statutory service. However, as a charity we aim to provide a number of additional services to parents, for which we do not receive funding. We do not charge for any of these additional services, but we appreciate any support you may wish to offer.

Additional services which are not funded include:

  • Increased Range of Resources
We produce our own information resources on a number of topics, tailored to the needs of parents, carers and young people. Additional funds would enable us to increase the range of our information ‘toolkits’, booklets and flyers and to print more for distribution.
  • Workshops & Parent Courses
We hold regular workshops and courses for parents and carers, some of which are funded. Demand for places is usually high and feedback from parents is positive. These are free to attend, but incur a cost to run. Additional funds would enable us to increase the number and frequency of workshops and parent courses, enabling us to help more parents, carers and young people.
